1. In this tutorial you will learn how to configure order fulfillment in Miva Merchant .

Miva Merchant, upon processing an order has the capability of sending a receipt to a customer and an invoice to the store owner. This process is done via an email.

Click Order Fulfillment Configuration.

2. Select a fulfillment module from the drop down list. We'll start with the email that you receive as a merchant once an order is placed on your site.

Click Next.

3. By default the email address shown in your profile will be shown here. This will also be the place where your notification is sent. You can change this now if you wish.

Click Next to continue.

4. If you would like the Notification forwarded to another address write it down here.

Click Next to continue

5. You can specify the text header at the beginning of the email.

Click Next.

6. Now we can configure the email that the customer will get after an order is placed.

Click Add Additional Methods.

7. On the drop down menu highlight Customer Order Confirmation Email.

Click Next.

8. Enter the Subject area of the customers email.

Click Next.

9. After confirming that all the information is accurate click Finish.
