What are the POP and SMTP server addresses ?

The POP server address will be mail.yourdomain.com. Alternatively, mail.easyasphosting.com can be used if an SSL\Secure connection is required. For security reasons we do provide SMTP but only with "User Authentication" enabled. In OutLook there is a checkbox you must check called "This server requires authentication". Additionally, you can send mail one of several other ways:

1) Use your ISP's SMTP server. ie. mail.mindspring.com, mail.aol.com
2) Use your EasyASP WebMail Controller at http://mail.yourdomain.com
3) Or you can use one of the several ASP Mail components offered by EasyASP

If after checking the "This server requires authentication" checkbox in Outlook you still cannot send emails then the issue is most likely to be that your ISP is blocking or filtering Port 25 outgoing SMTP traffic. This is a restriction set by most ISP's to deter SPAM (unsolicited email). If this is the case, then you can only use THEIR outgoing SMTP mail server.

You can try and change the port number to 587 for the SMTP port from 25. Most ISP's do not block port 25.
