Holiday support response times

As a result of the upcoming holiday season and staff vacations we will have a reduced support staff and you may experience increased support response times from Sunday 11/1/2023 through the end of the year. Servers and applications will continue to be monitored and managed and we will do our best, as always, to reply to and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
