Email servers maintenance

On Friday 1/23/2026 afternoon 1pm EST will be updating all of our email servers software SmarterMail to the latest, just released, build which has been designated a priority release that addresses possible security issues. We don't expect the upgrade to take more than 1 hour. We will update this post as needed.

The critical build release has now been applied to all email servers. Email services should remain available. If this had not been a critical release we would've applied it after hours to lessen the impact to our clients. Unfortunately, this was a critical one and needed to be applied as soon as possible to avoid any future email server security issues.
