DDoS Attacks

At approximately 10AM EST on Thursday 8/22/2019 serveral of our servers were the targets of a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack. To mitigate the attack we've had to disable services on the servers affected. We expect services to be re-enabled the evening of Fri. 8/23/2019 and will closely monitor them for any additional attacks.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thank you for your patience and continued business,
EasyASP Team.

Because of the persistent nature of the DDoS attacks we've had to implement an additional layer of protection for our servers. This will affect clients in the form of them having to update their DNS records. If your DNS is hosted with us we will make the necessary changes. However, if your DNS is hosted externally you will need to update it. If your DNS is hosted externally and the web DNS IP for your website is 72.18.128.103 please update all instances of that to 68.71.144.7 which will be the new IP. If you have any issues after updating the DNS and giving it some time to propagate please open a support ticket with our tech team and they will invstigate. Thanks, EasyASP Team.
