For quality assurance, integration testing, and to allow time to resolve any billing or technical issues, we will be running our end of month billing process a few days early. We recently updated our dedicated SSL on our email servers. Clients that receive an SSL\Security issue or error should update their incoming and outgoing Email Host's from mail.YOURDOMAIN.com to mail.easyasphosting.com. Additionally, there are 2 other host alternatives you can use, mail-alt1.easyasphosting.com and mail-alt2.easyasphosting.com. All EasyASP email servers will experience minimal downtime on Tuesday 6/16/2020 between 1AM-2AM EST for routine maintenance including updates. We will update this announcement if there are any issues that may cause a prolonged maintenance window.

As an added security feature, we will be enforcing use of TLS\https with all webmail services. In the past some clients had the ability to visit http://mail.theirdomain.com but their sessions were not protected by TLS (Transport Layer Security). From now on any clients that visit http://mail.theirdomain.com will be redirected to https://mail.easyasphosting.com and will be covered by this additional layer of security for their webmail sessions.

Beginning the week of Monday, October 28, 2019 we will begin upgrading the operating systems and software of our email servers to the latest versions.

Best efforts are being made to make the upgrades as smooth and transparent as possible with little to no downtime for client email services and most of the work being done after hours.

We will be performing some routine maintenance on a few of our legacy servers tonight 9/10/2019. During that time, web services hosted on those servers will be unavailable. At approximately 2PM EST on Sunday 8/25/2019 one of our email servers was experiencing connectivity issues. After investigating, we found one of our clients email services hosted on that email server was compromised due to a combination of a weak email password and no malware or anti-virus software on their local computer.
